Their site wasn’t showcasing their listings effectively, and key leads were getting lost to third-party platforms. That’s when they partnered with Trusted Marketing—to rebuild their brand presence, own their listings, and drive more leads directly.

THE CHALLENGE

A Website That Was Sending Leads to the Competition

Despite their success in the Treasure Coast market, Chapman’s digital presence hadn’t kept pace. Their website was outdated, listings lived off-site on LoopNet, and they lacked control over how their properties were presented. Each outbound link sent potential leads elsewhere—often into the arms of competitors. Their team knew the importance of showing strategic value and local expertise, but the site didn’t reflect that. Visitors couldn’t easily browse listings, and there was little reason to stay on the site. More importantly, it failed to generate meaningful leads. We stepped in to modernize Chapman’s online presence from the ground up—with a new site design, integrated search tools, and a custom WordPress plugin that brought LoopNet listings home.

We also refreshed the brand visuals, streamlined navigation, and introduced intuitive search filters so users could browse listings by size, location, or property type. And to elevate credibility and local connection, we produced a custom documentary-style video to tell the Chapman story with heart and authority.
